Ian James has 29 years experience in the financial services industry. After spending 11 years employed by TSB (now Lloyds TSB) as a financial adviser he started his own mortgage and insurance brokerage. He believes that the releasing of equity from peoples homes as one of the options open to the over 55’s to enable them to maintain a reasonable quality of life, independence and most importantly to maintain their sense of dignity.
Ian holds the required qualifications, by examination, to provide regulated advice on releasing equity from your home, and gives his clients time to make, what is, a major decision. He will undertake to clearly explain all the pros and cons of releasing equity.
